Solution:
Audit the sites for the nuances that separate the services and focus on the similarities. Using a reductive style build a uniform design that will work across all sites and then create bespoke components that facilitate the make actions of each site.

Instead of paying agencies every time a component or text needed changing, we created a component and template library that could cater to the entirety of NHBT’s needs as well as a connect CMS system.

Lead a new team with third-party developers to the projects completion

Explaining to both teams a structure and timeframe that could deliver by the deadline requested. Working closely with everyone in sprint cycles.
